Goose balm is a unique mentholated topical remedy for instant relief for sinus congestion and a stuffy nose.  It also aids with breathing by opening up nasal passages.

Directions for use: Wash hands. Take a small amount (about the size of a matchstick head) with a clean cotton tip disposable swab, and gently apply to the inside surface at the front of each nostril, breathe in slowly (like you are smelling a rose). Apply 1 or 2 times a day to help you feel better. For topical use only. Do not use on sensitive or broken skin. Keep away from eyes and eye area. Not intended for children under 8 years old.
